Peel and wash the potatoes and slice them finely. Peppers clean, wash and cut into cubes. Place both in an ovenproof dish and season with salt and pepper. Mix cream and cream cheese and pour over the vegetables.
Sprinkle with hazelnut leaves. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 45 minutes.
