Potato pan with sprout mix

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 750 g medium-sized potatoes
  • 250 g Mushrooms
  • 1 (approx. 300 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 500 g Broccoli
  • 5-6 Stem(s) fresher or
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1/4-3/8 l Vegetable broth
  • 2 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 150 g Rungs Mix

Directions

    Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Clean the mushrooms, possibly wash them and cut in half or quarters. Peel onion, dice coarsely. Clean and wash broccoli and cut into small florets. Wash and pluck oregano

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan (with lid). Sauté the potatoes in it for about 10 minutes, turning frequently if necessary. Add mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes, season. Sauté onion briefly. Stir in tomato paste and sweat it. Fold in broccoli. Season everything with salt, pepper and oregano. Deglaze with broth. Bring to the boil, cover and stew for about 10 minutes

    Wash and coarsely dice the tomatoes. Sort sprouts, rinse. Fold both into the potatoes and braise briefly. Season to taste
