Potato pan with spring quark

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4-5 large potatoes (800 g-1 kg)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 (approx. 500 g) Rocks Leek
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Ham meat sausage
  • 1 collar Radishes
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 500 g Low-fat curd
  • 4-5 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Salad cream

Directions

    Peel, wash and chop the potatoes. Heat oil in a large pan. Fry the potatoes all around for about 10 minutes. In the meantime clean, wash and cut the leek into rings

    Peel and chop the onion. Remove the meat sausage from the skin. Clean and wash the radishes. Dice sausage and radishes. Wash chives, shake dry and chop finely

    Add leek rings, sausage and half the onion to the potatoes in the pan. Turn everything over frequently and fry for another 10 minutes. Then season with salt and pepper

    Mix quark, milk and salad cream. Fold the radish, the rest of the onion and chives into the quark. Season with salt and pepper. Serve everything
