Potato pan with Cabanossi

Ingredients

  • 500 g baby potatoes
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 100 g Chanterelles
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Garlic sausage (e.g. Cabanossi)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper

Directions

    Peel and wash the potatoes. Fry in hot fat while turning for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the spring onions. Clean, wash and possibly chop the mushrooms. Cut sausage into slices. Add all ingredients to the potatoes approx. 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook. Season with salt and pepper
