Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 60 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g Flour
  • 1 l Milk
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 3 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 500 g Minced beef
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 300 ml clear broth (instant)
  • 1 collar Oregano
  • 750 g Potatoes
  • 2 Courgettes (about 150 g each)
  • 300 g Tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Heat the fat in a pot and sauté the flour in it. Add the milk while stirring. Add bay leaf and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in parmesan and season with salt and pepper. Remove bay leaf. Meanwhile peel onions and garlic and chop finely.

    Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Sauté onions and garlic in it. Add minced meat and fry. Stir in tomato paste, add stock and simmer until almost all the liquid is reduced. Season with salt and pepper if necessary. Wash oregano, dab dry and pluck off except for something to garnish. Chop oregano and add to the sauce. Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes and cut or slice them lengthwise into approx. 3 mm thick slices. Wash and clean the zucchini and also cut them lengthwise into approx. 3 mm thick slices. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices. Spread a casserole dish (24x30 cm/ 2 litres capacity) with oil, line with potatoes and season with salt and pepper.

    Chop oregano and add to the sauce. Meanwhile, peel and wash the potatoes and cut or slice them lengthwise into approx. 3 mm thick slices. Wash and clean the zucchini and also cut them lengthwise into approx. 3 mm thick slices. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into approx. 1/2 cm thick slices. Spread a casserole dish (24x30 cm/ 2 litres capacity) with oil, line with potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Put half of the tomatoes on it, season with salt and pepper. Spread half of the minced meat mixture on the tomatoes. Put zucchini on top and spread with some sauce. Repeat the process and cover with sauce and the remaining potato slices. Bake lasagne in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with oregano

    Put half of the tomatoes on it, season with salt and pepper. Spread half of the minced meat mixture on the tomatoes. Put zucchini on top and spread with some sauce. Repeat the process and cover with sauce and the remaining potato slices. Bake lasagne in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 1 1/2 hours. Garnish with oregano
