Potato dumplings with marjoram

Ingredients

  • 600 g Potato
  • 2 Onion
  • 2 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp semolina
  • 7-10 Tbsp un sacco di maggiorana
  • 7-10 Tbsp nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt and pepper sth.

Directions

    Boil potatoes.

    Put the boiled potato and onion through a mincer or grate them with a grater.

  3. 3

    Mix the potato mixture with the remaining ingredients to a dough.

  4. 4

    Form dumplings and simmer lightly in hot water until the dumplings float on top.

    I like best with a delicious mushroom sauce. Fry the mushrooms with milk and EDORA mushroom spice and season to taste with a few herbs.
