Wash, quarter and core the apple. Finely dice apple quarters. Heat 10 g butter in a small pan. Add apple cubes and lemon juice and steam for about 3 minutes while stirring. Let cool off
Wash the thyme, shake dry and pluck the leaves. Cut camembert into cubes/ pieces and knead with a fork together with the remaining butter (115 g) and thyme. Season to taste with salt and pepper and finally mix in the apple cubes
