Potato Broccoli Casserole

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 1 large Broccoli
  • 2 m. tall Eggs
  • 300 ml Milk 1,5
  • 150 g Emmental au gratin
  • 1 toe/s Garlic
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Vegetable broth

Directions

    Peel, chop and boil the potatoes. Divide the broccoli into florets and cook in some vegetable stock as well.

    Chop the garlic and spread it with the oil in the casserole dish. Then lay out a layer of potatoes and a layer of broccoli on top. Then place a handful of cheese on top of the broccoli layer and then the rest of the potatoes again. Garnish the rest of the cheese on top.

    Mix the eggs with the milk and add lots of herbs. Salt, pepper, Italian herbs, thyme and rosemary. Pour over the casserole and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 30min.
