Wash the fish, cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Cut peeled potatoes into slices. Clean and wash the zucchini and spring onions and cut into longish pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the zucchini and spring onions in it at medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
Add the potatoes and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add sauce and fold in carefully. Drain fish, add to sauce and cook for 4-5 minutes. Serve garnished with red pepper, parsley and chillies
