Potato and beans pan with ground pork

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 600 g small new potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 medium-sized carrots
  • 1 TEASPOON clear soup
  • 100 g Sour cream or crème fraîche

Directions

    Heat the oil in a large frying pan. Fry the ground pork in it until crumbly. Wash potatoes thoroughly, dab dry, cut in half lengthwise. Season the mince with pepper and remove. Fry the potatoes in the cooking fat for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn from time to time

    In the meantime clean, wash and cut the beans into large pieces. Cook in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Drain

    Wash the marjoram, chop it. Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel, wash and chop the carrots. After about 10 minutes add everything to the potatoes, season and fry further. Add the beans

    Stir in a good 1/8 l water, stock and half of sour cream. Bring to the boil and braise open for about 5 minutes. Add the ground pork and heat up. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Spread the rest of the sour cream as a blob

    Drink: cold beer or cider
