Clean and wash gooseberries. Peel kiwis and cut into pieces. Bring apple juice, lemon juice, sugar and gooseberries to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. After three minutes add the kiwis.
In the meantime, stir the pudding powder and 5 tablespoons of water with a whisk until smooth. Stir the pudding powder into the groats, bring to the boil again and fill into four dessert glasses. Whip the sour cream and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Serve the groats with vanilla sour cream and mint leaves as desired
