Pork pancakes with cheese spaetzle

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion (e.g. red)
  • 4 Pork loin steaks (approx. 175 g each)
  • 300 g Spätzle
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 75 g Bacon cubes
  • 50 g grated gouda
  • 4 Eggs (Gr. M)
  • 1/2 bunch Chives

Directions

    Boil up plenty of salted water for the spaetzle. Peel onion and cut into strips. Wash the meat, dab dry. Cook spaetzle in boiling water according to package instructions.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Sauté the steaks in it for about 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.

    Fry bacon in hot frying fat until crispy. Fry the onion briefly. Drain the spaetzle, add to the bacon and fry for approx. 2 minutes. Mix in cheese.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a coated pan and fry the fried eggs in it. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut into small rolls and mix into the spaetzle. Arrange everything.
