Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Pork tenderloin (300 g each)
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 50 ml Cognac
  • 800 g Broccoli
  • 100 g Gruyère cheese
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 1 TABLESPOON sauce thickener
  • 1 TABLESPOON pink berries

Directions

    Wash the fillets and dab dry. Fry all around in hot oil. Season with salt and pepper. Deglaze with cognac and 200 ml water. Cover and fry for about 15 minutes. In the meantime clean and wash the broccoli and divide it into small florets.

    Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes, then drain. Grate cheese. Remove meat and cut into slices. Dissolve the meat with another 200 ml water. Add milk, bring to the boil.

    Sprinkle in sauce thickener. Melt half of the cheese in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Put broccoli and pork fillet into small ovenproof dishes. Spread the sauce in them. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and pink berries and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 ° C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 4 minutes.
