Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 300 g Carrots
  • 300 g Kohlrabi
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 400 g Pork tenderloin
  • 1 package (400 g; 20 pieces) Mini Dumpling
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 coated tbsp. flour
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 350 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few stalks of chives

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Peel, wash and cut the vegetables into strips. Cook the vegetable strips in boiling salted water for about 3 minutes, drain. Wash the fillet, dab dry, also cut into strips. Put dumplings in plenty of boiling water.

    Cook for about 7 minutes at medium heat. Heat oil in a pan. Fry onion cubes and meat in it over high heat while turning for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Dust with flour. Deglaze with cream and stock. Boil up while stirring. Warm up prepared vegetables in it. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
