Pork chops with herb butter

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 600 g Potatoes
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 3 (approx. 150 g) Onions
  • 600 g Courgette
  • 2 Twigs Thyme
  • 4 Pork chops (about 180 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 4 discs (10 g each) Herb Butter

Directions

    Peel and slice the potatoes. Fry the potato slices in 2 tablespoons of oil over a mild heat for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile peel the onions and cut them into rings. Clean the zucchini and cut them into slices.

    Add onions and zucchini to the potatoes and fry for another 10 minutes. Pluck thyme leaves from the stems and add. Season chops with salt, pepper and paprika and turn them in flour. Tap off the excess flour.

    Season zucchini vegetables with salt and pepper and keep hot. Fry the chops in the remaining oil over high heat on both sides, then continue to fry for a further 3 minutes on each side over a mild heat.

    Cover each with 1 slice of herb butter and serve with the vegetables.
