Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 150 g + some flour
  • 30 g + 6 g diabetic sweetness
  • 60 g cold butter/margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 500 g washed pitted plums / prunes
  • 2 tablespoons (35 g) Apricot Jam
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

  1. 1

Knead 150 g flour, 30 g sweet, fat in pieces and 2-3 tablespoons of ice-cold water first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and then briefly with your hands to make the short pastry. Cover and chill for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

Grease 6 cake tins (approx. 10 cm Ø; possibly with a removable base). Cut plums into slices

  3. 3

Divide the dough into 6 portions. Roll out each portion round (approx. 12 cm Ø) on a little flour. Place in the moulds and press into the grooves. Prick the bottom more often with a fork

  4. 4

Spread the bottoms with 1 tablespoon jam and cover with plums. Bake in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes. Let them cool down

  5. 5

Heat 1 tablespoon jam and pass through a sieve. Spread the plums with it and sprinkle with 6 g sweetness. Decorate with mint

  6. 6

If you do not have a cake tin, you can press the dough into a springform pan (approx. 20 cm Ø). Instead of plums you can also bake it with cherries, apricots or apples
