Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 250 g Flour (type 1050)
  • 150 g Butter or margarine
  • 50 g ground hazelnuts
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease
  • 1 kg Plums
  • 75 g Plum jam
  • 300 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 1 egg (size M)
  • 150 g Icing sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar

Directions

  1. 1

Put flour, fat, nuts, sugar, egg, vanilla sugar and salt into a mixing bowl, knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and then work into a smooth dough with your hands. Cover and put in a cool place for approx. 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash and stone the plums thoroughly. Roll out the shortcrust pastry thinly on a floured work surface and cut out circles with a mould. Place circles in greased baking trays (12 cm Ø, with removable base). Prick the pastry base several times with a fork, spread with plum jam and cover with plums.

  2. 2

Mix marzipan, egg and icing sugar to a spreadable mixture. Pour into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and spray the grid on the cakelets. Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for 30 minutes. Take out of the moulds and let cool down. Sprinkle with icing sugar. Results in 9 pieces
