Ingredients

  • 200 g pitted, semi-soft prunes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Orange juice
  • 80 g Pistachios, 250 g flour
  • 65 g crushed almonds
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 1/2 F
  • 75 g + 12 g diabetic sweetness
  • 100 g soft butter/
  • 7-10 Tbsp Margarine
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Grease

Directions

    Dice the prunes. Sprinkle with orange juice and let it steep. Chop the pistachios

    Mix flour, almonds and baking powder. Add egg, vanilla flavour, 1 pinch of salt, 75 g diabetic sweetener, fat in flakes and quark. Knead everything with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Finally knead in plums and pistachios

    Form the dough into a stollen on a lightly floured work surface. Place on a greased baking tray and bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C / convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes. Then bake at 175 °C (fan oven: 150 °C/ gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool down. Dust with 12 g diabetic sweetener
