Wash the plums, quarter them and remove the seeds. Weigh 500 g of flesh. Peel kiwis and cut them into fine slices or small pieces. Weigh 200 g of flesh. Mix well the weighed fruit, pear juice and jam sugar in a large saucepan.
Bring to the boil while stirring and continue to boil for 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Immediately pour into carefully prepared glasses and close them.
