Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1cm thick slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix oil with tomato paste, marjoram, ketchup, pepper and salt. Brush the potato slices with it and cover with finely diced ham.
Who wants to spread onion rings over it or just sprinkle it with grated cheese.
Baking time: approx. 10-15 minutes at 250°C. A green salad goes well with it. Have fun and good appetite!
