Water the skewers for about 10 minutes. Peel ##ginger##, grate finely and mix with the ##orange juice##. Wash the fillet, dab dry and dice. Stick close together on the skewers, leaving the ends free.
Drizzle with the marinade. Cover and leave to cool for approx. 30 minutes.
dab dry and fry in hot oil all around for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and ##pepper##.
