Pizza Margherita pans

Ingredients

  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 125 g Mozzarella
  • 400 g fresh tin pizza dough (refrigerated shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut into slices. Dice mozzarella. Cut out 8 pieces of dough from the pizza dough in a pan (use the rest for other purposes). Pre-bake in the pans for about 5 minutes.

    Cover with tomatoes and cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Season with pepper and sprinkle with basil.
