Ingredients

  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 15 g Glass noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (425 ml) small can
  • 7-10 Tbsp Peach halves
  • 5 discs Roast beef-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cold cuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed, salted peanuts
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Mayonnaise
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Cook with the glass noodles in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain well. Dab peach halves dry and cover with roast beef.

    Add the noodles and spring onions. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Mix mayonnaise to taste with curry and place a teaspoon of each on top. Garnish with parsley leaves.
