  • 1 can(s) (446 ml, extract weight 260 g) Pineapple
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Rum
  • 500 g cream quark (40 % fat)
  • 1/2 125 ml-bottle of chocolate sauce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Coconut chips

Directions

    Drain the pineapple (collecting the juice) and cut into pieces. Sprinkle with rum and let it stand for about 10 minutes. Stir curd cheese and 6 tablespoons pineapple juice until smooth. Divide the pineapple pieces, quark and sauce into four dessert glasses. Sprinkle with coconut chips
