Pineapple carpaccio with Parma ham

  • 500 g Pineapple
  • 1/4 TEASPOON Oil
  • 2 discs (15 g each) Parma ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pink berries and lemon balm

    Peel and thinly slice the pineapple. Cut out the stalk from the middle. Brush a coated pan with oil and heat it up. Fry the pineapple in portions on both sides. Remove, arrange on a plate and cover with ham. Sprinkle with pink berries and garnish with balm
