Pineapple and grape skewer on coconut and mint yoghurt

Ingredients

  • 1/2 spearmint bunch
  • 1 TEASPOON Coconut flake
  • 150 g Skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 3 Pineapple pieces
  • 2 light and dark grapes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut chips and pineapple leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewer

Directions

    Wash the mint, dab dry, put something to decorate aside. Pluck the rest of the leaves from the stalks, cut into strips and add to the yoghurt with the grated coconut. Wash the grapes and dab dry.

    Put pineapple, grapes and mint leaves alternately on the skewer. Serve yoghurt in a glass, decorate with pineapple leaves, mint and coconut chips. Place fruit skewer on top.
