Pineapple and ginger salsa

Ingredients

  • 1/2 fresh pineapple
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 red peppers
  • 1 walnut-sized piece of ginger
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS light soy sauce
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 6 Stem(s) Coriander

Directions

    Peel the pineapple and remove the hard stalk. Dice the flesh very finely. Peel and chop the onion. Clean the pepperoni, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and cut into fine strips. Peel and chop the ginger.

    Mix with pineapple, onion, pepperoni, honey, soy sauce and lime juice. Wash the coriander, shake dry, chop finely and fold in. Cover and leave to stand for at least 1 hour. Season again with soy sauce and lime juice.
