Ingredients

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 (750 ml) Bottle of pineapple juice
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Coconut liqueur
  • 380 g Gelling sugar 3:1
  • 70 g Coconut flake
  • 2 Tubes of 500 ml content each

    Peel the pineapple, remove the stalk, cut the fruit into eighths and slice. Put pineapple juice, coconut liqueur and jam sugar in a pot and heat while stirring. Let it boil fizzy for at least 3 minutes. Add grated coconut and pineapple pieces and mix in. Pour into glasses and let cool off. Cover and place in the refrigerator. Consume as soon as possible
