  • 400 g Pimientos de Padron (small, green, unripe peppers)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt

Directions

    Wash the peppers and dab dry. Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the peppers for 2-3 minutes, turning them, remove them, season with sea salt and arrange them in a bowl.
