  • 10 Pimientos
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sea salt

    Wash Pimientos and dab dry well. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the Pimientos for 5-6 minutes, turning them until the skin becomes wrinkled but not too brown. Sprinkle with sea salt
