Peel and finely slice the shallots. Clean, wash, quarter, seed and dice the tomato. Peel garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks.
Roughly chop the nuts. Mix oil, thyme, garlic, tomato, nuts and shallots. Arrange the goat's cheese on a plate and spread the oil evenly over it. Ciabatta tastes good with it.
