Ingredients

  • 3-4 Garlic bulbs
  • 2-3 stem(s) Thyme and rosemary
  • 3-4 Bay leaves
  • 1 TABLESPOON colourful peppercorns
  • 250 ml Olive oil

Directions

    Peel the garlic. Wash the thyme and rosemary, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Wash the bay leaf and dab dry. Pour the garlic, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf and peppercorns into a glass.

    Sprinkle with olive oil.
