Pepper steak with roasted onions

Ingredients

  • 200 g green beans (fresh or frozen)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 1-2 stem(s) fresher or
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried. Thyme
  • 1 (150 g) small lean pork steak
  • 1/2 tsp (3 g) Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Java peppercorn
  • 2 discs (approx. 40 g) Rye baguette or bread

Directions

    Clean and wash the beans. Steam them covered in little boiling salted water for about 15 minutes

    Peel onion and cut into rings. Wash the tomato and cut into slices. Thyme wash and pluck

    Wash the steak if necessary and pat dry. Fry in a coated pan in hot oil for 2-3 minutes on each side. Fry the onion until golden brown. Season both with salt and pepper. Take out

    Drain the beans. Sauté with tomato and thyme in hot frying fat. Arrange meat with onions and beans. Add the baguette

    With various side dishes you can turn the pepper steak into a small feast. Choose 40 g ribbon noodles, 100 g g gnocchi (chilled counter) or 150 g homemade duchess potatoes (puree tuffs au gratin). With this it has about 430 calories
