Dice the garlic, peppers and tomatoes. Cut the zucchini into slices. Heat oil. Fry the minced meat in it until crumbly. Season. Add garlic, prepared vegetables and mushrooms, fry. Sweat tomato paste in it.
Stir in the crème fraiche. Season with soy sauce, salt, pepper and paprika powder.
Boil the rice. Chop parsley. Drain rice. Serve with the chopped mixture. Sprinkle rice with parsley.
