Penne with tomato and chili

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic
  • 4 dried chillies
  • 1 kg Tomatoes in the panicles
  • 1 TABLESPOON Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 5 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Chop the onion finely. Cut garlic into thin slices. Crush chilli in a mortar.

    Wash, dry grate, clean and dice the tomatoes. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and sauté onion, garlic and chilli in it. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 30 minutes until the sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Wash parsley, shake dry, pluck off leaves and chop finely. Grate cheese. Drain noodles and mix with sauce. Arrange on plates and sprinkle with cheese and parsley
