Penne with peas

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp Pour 4 pers
  • 7-10 Tbsp Preparation : 20 mn - Cooking time : 20 mn
  • 400 g de penne
  • 300 g peas (canned)
  • 150 g the jambon blanc
  • 2 oignons
  • 20 g de beurre
  • 7-10 Tbsp 3 tablespoons mascarpone
  • 7-10 Tbsp ½ verre de vin blanc sec
  • 7-10 Tbsp sel et poivre

Directions

    1 Cook the penne for about 10 minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water. Dice the ham. Drain the peas

    2 Peel and chop the onion, sauté it in a frying pan with the butter. Add the ham, mix 1 min. Pour the peas and wine, extend cooking until the wine evaporates. Add salt and pepper.

    3 Drain the penne, pour it into the pan. Stir in the mascarpone and adjust the seasoning. Mix for 1 minute and serve
