Put the penne in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 12-15 minutes. In the meantime, clean and wash the rocket and let it drain well. Cut the rocket into strips, except for a few small leaves for garnishing. Drain olives and cut into slices. Cut the feta cheese into cubes.
Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Roast pine nuts in a pan without fat and take them out.
