Ingredients

  • 250 g Spaghettini (for example De Cecco)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 250 g Bean sprouts
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) red pepper
  • 250 g Chinese cabbage
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Eggs
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sambal Oelek
  • 7-10 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3-4 Tbsp Asia spice sauce
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Put the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 8 minutes, drain and drain. Wash the bean sprouts and drain. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Clean, wash and cut the bell peppers and cabbage into fine strips. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.

    Put eggs in the hot oil and season with salt. Fry on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side to form fried eggs. Remove the eggs and keep warm. Heat the remaining oil. Fry the vegetables briefly in it. Add to the noodles and fry for another 5 minutes while turning. Season to taste with Sambal Oelek, soy sauce and spicy sauce. Cut the eggs into strips. Spread the fried noodles on 4 plates.
