Noodles with mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • 200 g Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 75 g Spring onions
  • 200 g Pasta (e.g. Spirelli)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 (25 g) Bag of sauce powder "Crème de Champignons
  • 20 g Butter
  • 50 g Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan slicer

Directions

    Clean and wash the broccoli, cut off the florets and slice the stems. Put broccoli in boiling salted water and cook for about 8 minutes. In the meantime clean the mushrooms, wash them if necessary and cut them into slices.

    Clean, wash and cut the spring onions into rings. Drain the broccoli. In the meantime, put the noodles in boiling salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms and spring onions in it while turning.

    Mix sauce powder and 200 ml water in a small pot. Add butter and crème fraîche. Bring to the boil over medium heat while stirring continuously. Add the mushrooms, spring onions and broccoli to the sauce and simmer at low heat for about 2 minutes.

    Drain the pasta and arrange it with the sauce on two plates. Serve garnished with parmesan slices if desired.
