Penne with fennel, beans and salsiccia

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 1 Fennel Tuber
  • 1 TABLESPOON + 1 tsp oil
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Can tomatoes
  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) white beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 400 g Penne noodles
  • 150 g Salsiccia bratwurst

Directions

    Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chilli pepper, grate dry, remove seeds and cut into small cubes. Fennel wash, clean, halve and cut into thin slices. Put the fennel green aside. Heat 1 tbsp.

    oil in a pot, fry onion in it. Add chilli and fennel and fry for about 5 minutes while stirring. Add the tomatoes and simmer for about 10 minutes. Drain the beans, add to the tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the sausage into slices. Heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the sausage slices until crispy. Drain the noodles. Mix the noodles with the sauce and the sausage slices and arrange on plates. Wash the fennel greens, shake dry, chop a little and sprinkle over the noodles
