Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Peel and finely chop the onion. Wash the chicken filet, dab dry and cut into cubes
Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Heat the oil. Brown the meat all around. Add onion and broccoli and fry briefly. Season everything with salt and cayenne pepper
Add the tomatoes and bring to the boil. Cover the sauce and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Season to taste again. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce
