Ingredients

  • 1 Vegetable onion (approx. 250 g)
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 600 g Turkey goulash
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato paste
  • 1/2 l clear broth (instant)
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 200 g green beans
  • 1/2 glass (850 ml; 450 g separation weight) white broad beans
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 1 collar Oregano

Directions

    Peel onion and garlic. Dice onions and halve garlic. Peel and wash the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry onion and garlic. Add turkey goulash to the onions and fry all around.

    Season with salt and pepper. Stir in tomato paste, sweat briefly and deglaze with broth. Add bay leaf and potatoes, simmer for about 20 minutes. Clean, wash and halve the green beans. About 12 minutes before the end of the cooking time, put the green beans into the casserole dish and add them. Drain the white beans. Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into large pieces. Wash oregano, dab dry and pluck. Cook the white beans, tomatoes and oregano for the last 5 minutes.
