Penne in mushroom cream with chicken filet

Ingredients

  • 250 g Noodles (e.g. penne)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Shiitake mushrooms
  • 2 red onions
  • 4 Chicken fillets (approx. 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TABLESPOON Butter
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 300 ml Poultry stock (glass)
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley

Directions

    Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Pour into a sieve and drain. Clean and wash the mushrooms. Quarter mushrooms, halve shiitake. Peel onions and cut into slices.

    Wash the meat, dab dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Fry the chicken meat in it at medium heat for about 12 minutes, turning it from time to time. In a 2.

    Heat 1 tablespoon of oil and butter. Brown the mushrooms in it, add the onions. Season with salt and pepper. Add cream and stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop coarsely.

    Add the noodles and parsley to the mushrooms, heat up again and season to taste. Cut the meat into slices. Arrange noodles and chicken filets on plates.
