Pear with gorgonzola and serrano on corn salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 2 Pears (approx. 125 g each)
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 80 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 6 discs Serrano ham (approx. 15 g each)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS dark balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Honey
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp wooden skewers

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Pears wash, clean and pat dry. Halve pears, remove core, cut halves into 3 slices each, drizzle with zironen juice. Crumble the gorgonzola roughly with a fork.

    Cut the ham in half lengthwise.

    Mix vinegar, honey and mustard, fold in oil. Season vinaigrette with salt and pepper. Press the cheese in portions, except for a little for garnishing, into the middle of the pear wedges, wrap with ham.

    Mix the salad with the vinaigrette and arrange on a platter with the pears. Spread the remaining cheese crumbs on top. Add wooden skewers if necessary.
