For the peanut butter, place the peanuts, oil and 1 teaspoon sugar in a tall mixing bowl and blend to a smooth cream using a hand blender.
For the pudding, mix 125 g sugar with starch and 1 pinch of salt. Mix with milk and cream. Bring everything to the boil in a saucepan while stirring. Simmer for about 1 minute and remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter.
Place the pudding in a bowl of ice-cold water until it has cooled down. Stir more often so that no skin forms.
Wash, clean and finely dice the strawberries. Pour the pudding into glasses, spread strawberries on top. Keep cold until serving.
