Put the peaches in a sieve and let them drain. Cut peach halves into 6-8 slices each. Mix mascarpone, sour cream, sugar and peach liqueur. Mix vanillin sugar and cream setting agent. Whip the cream until stiff, while letting the cream setting agent trickle in. Fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone cream. Spread half of the lady fingers in an ovenproof dish (approx. 14 x 20 cm).
Mix coffee and coffee liqueur. Sprinkle the biscuits with approx. 1/2 of the liquid. Spread half of the peach wedges on the lady fingers and spread half of the cream on top. Cover again with 5 lady fingers, sprinkle with coffee, spread the remaining peach wedges and cream on top. Chill for about 4 hours. Sprinkle Tiramisu with cocoa
