Clean the spinach, wash thoroughly several times and drain. Cut the spinach into strips. Peel onion and garlic belly. Chop the onion finely, press the garlic through a garlic press.
Put the pasta in plenty of boiling salted water and cook for 9-10 minutes according to the instructions on the packet. Heat olive oil in a pot, sauté onions and garlic in it. Add spinach and broth and steam covered for about 5 minutes.
Wash the lemon thoroughly and rub the rind of one of them finely. From the other lemon, peel half of the peel in fine strips. Squeeze the lemons. Add 5-6 tablespoons lemon juice, sugar and the fine lemon peel to the spinach.
Season with salt, pepper and a little cumin. Let simmer for another 1 minute. Pour the noodles onto a sieve, drain briefly. Mix noodles and spinach and arrange in deep plates. Sprinkle with lemon zests and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
