Ingredients

  • 300 g Croissant noodles
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 150 g Pork sausage
  • 1/2 bunch Radishes
  • 200 g frozen peas
  • 150 g Pineapple slices (tin)
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated peel and juice of 1/2 organic lemon
  • 200 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 8 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 1 1/2 TABLESPOONS Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 Bed of garden cress

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, quench, drain and allow to cool.

    In the meantime, skin the sausage, cut in half lengthwise and cut into thin slices. Clean, wash and drain the radishes and cut into thin slices. Cook the peas for about 5 minutes in boiling salted water.

    Drain the pineapple and cut into small pieces.

    Mix lemon juice, lemon zest, yoghurt, milk and curry. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    Mix peas, noodles, sausage, radishes and pineapple with the dressing. Cut cress from the bed. Arrange salad in bowls and sprinkle with cress.
