Pasta salad with rocket and tuna in garlic marinade

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 200 g Pasta (e.g. small mussel pasta; conchigle rigate)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 tin(s) (185 g each) Tuna in oil
  • 2 Federation Rocket
  • 5-6 Stem(s) Basil
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 untreated lemon
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Capers

Directions

    Prepare pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions, drain, place on a baking tray and allow to cool. Drain the tuna and collect the oil. Clean and wash the rocket and drain thoroughly. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves from the stalks

    Peel and chop the garlic. Wash lemon hot, rub dry, grate peel. Halve lemon and squeeze. Mix drained tuna oil and 2 tablespoons of oil. Season lemon juice with salt, pepper and sugar, fold in oil mixture. Stir in garlic and lemon peel

    Tuna fish to pieces. Mix the pasta, rocket, basil, tuna, capers and vinaigrette, leave to stand for about 5 minutes and serve
