Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 12 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Wash, clean and halve the cherry tomatoes. Drain the corn. Stir sour cream and yoghurt until smooth. Stir in vinegar and season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper.
Wash the chives, dab dry and cut into fine rolls. Drain noodles and mix with spring onions, cherry tomatoes, corn and sour cream. If necessary, season with salt and cayenne pepper. Arrange noodle salad and turkey breast on a plate. Garnish with salad leaves and sprinkle with chives
